We are operating on our normal hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday – Friday & 10am to 4pm, Saturday.
We are aware of a community case of Covid-19 in Auckland. NZFix provides essential services so will continue to operate with
measures and contact tracing in place to protect staff and customers.
Customers are not permitted into our premises. If you need to visit NZFix, please ring the bell on the door and our customer services staff will assist via contactless method.
WIth the global and local #COVID19 situation changing rapidly, we implore you all to stay safe. We are here to help and enable you and your business to keep going through this difficult time. We’re making some changes to the way we work to keep our staff, our customers and the rest of New Zealand safe.
NZFix is providing repair of connectivity devices (e.g. mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets, modems/internet) where it is essential for the maintenance of connectivity (e.g. if you are unable to receive news, online studies, unable to contact doctor or unable to conduct essential business because of your faulty connectivity device or technology).
NZFix is operating during lockdown as an “essential business”, on the basis that we may continue where it is essential for the maintenance of connectivity (e.g. to conduct essential business, receive news, or contact healthcare services).
We are strictly adhering to the definitions of Essential Service and Essential Entities as defined on the Government’s Covid-19 website. We would strongly encourage customers to be wise in this respect. If it’s something that could wait a while, then waiting will be the best thing to do. Please don’t send us the non-essential device like music devices as we will not proceed with repair on these devices.
